Lucid

I woke up to skeletons

roaming around my bed.

That didn’t bother me

until I saw the one

standing still

in my ensuite,

looking back at me through

the mirror…..that is when

I felt fear.

Repose

Waking from my dream

desperately seeking

to go back

to find the moments

of pure ecstasy

flying as me

above in the sky

where I’m destined to be

slowly becoming

a vague memory.
